ALO's formal office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, although our attorneys are available at any time as the matter necessitates.

We have flexible billing arrangements, from straight hourly work to straight contingency fee work, with a blended rate option or a fixed rate option available in appropriate circumstances. In plaintiff class action lawsuits, our fees are court-approved. In all circumstances, our fees are reasonably tailored to meet our clients' needs.
